Bryan Riensche, MBA
CEO
Bryan has focused his career on improving operational efficiencies across multiple industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Iowa State University and an Executive MBA from Arizona State University. While spending time as the Director of Operations for Desert Veterinary Medical Specialists he saw the frustrations in the team dealing with retail pharmacies and became focused on improving this situation. When possible, he enjoys spending time camping watching football.
Dr. Melissa Riensche, DVM, DACVIM
CVO (Chief Veterinarian Officer)
Melissa received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University in 2004 and is a board-certified small animal internal medicine specialist. One of her passions is improving the quality of life for her team. She is always searching for ways to improve the parts of the job that are frustrating so the team can focus on their passion. At home, she is owned by one cat, Fan Belt, our spokes cat, and two dogs, both mixed breeds with goofy personalities.

Director of Sales
With over 25 years of experience in the customer service industry, Alexis has seen firsthand how important convenience and reliability are when it comes to clients. As a pet owner, she understands the frustration of arriving at the pharmacy only to find that a prescription isn’t ready or that there’s an unexpected issue. That’s why Alexis is passionate about solutions like PawScripts. Designed with both people and pets in mind, PawScripts takes the hassle out of filling necessary prescriptions, saving time and ensuring peace of mind.
